Visualizing Positive Change

I am an accredited mediator with Align mediation and offer mediation sessions to help people resolve disputes and reach an agreed resolution. One of the key features of this process is that it allows the parties themselves to decide the outcome of the dispute rather than it being made for them.

I act as an independent and neutral third party and my role is to guide and manage the discussions between the parties in helping them reach a joint decision.
