If you are reading this, you may be struggling in some area of your life, perhaps in your relationships or feeling isolated, empty or unable to move forward. You are not alone, and these feelings can be signals of changes you're ready to make. Counselling can help you gain inner clarity and strength, and live a more meaningful life.

Feeling stuck can show up in work, in relationships, or as a sense that you've run out of energy and don't know where to turn. Often it's linked to patterns we repeat without realising, or to old ways of coping that once protected us but now no longer serve us and leave us feeling exhausted. When we explore where these patterns began, there can be room to change the script, so you're no longer ruled by an automatic reaction, and may find more freedom and energy. 

As your counsellor, I will support you to understand yourself more deeply, and bring into the open what is holding you back. I believe each person holds the answers within themselves. My role is to offer a safe and confidential space where all thoughts, judgments and fears can be aired, and to explore  your beliefs together.

We'll work in whatever way suits you, from simply listening and talking, to guided imagery, and exploring different parts of you, allowing you to be fully seen, heard and accepted. 

Having explored several spiritual practices over the years, I can also help you to explore the sense of separation, if that feels meaningful to you. 

How you feel in your counselling sessions is key. It's  important to find someone you feel comfortable with so that trust can grow.
